Free Shipping Over $150

All orders over $150 CAD automatically qualify for free standard shipping. The discount is applied at checkout — no code needed.

Orders under $150 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM (noon) PST are processed the same day. Orders placed after noon are processed the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (new product launches, promotional periods), processing may extend by an additional 1–2 business days. Any anticipated delays will be communicated by email.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including the Canada Post tracking number.

Shipping Destinations

Kinetic Compounds currently ships to all addresses within Canada, including:

• All ten provinces and three territories
• Major urban centres and rural addresses
• P.O. boxes (where Canada Post delivery is available)

We do not currently ship to addresses outside of Canada.

Carrier & Transit Times

All orders ship via Canada Post using tracked, signature-not-required service unless a signature is specifically requested at checkout.

Estimated transit times from when your order is shipped:

• Major urban centres (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton): 2–4 business days
• Smaller cities and suburban areas: 3–6 business days
• Rural areas and northern communities: 5–10 business days

Transit times are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier service disruptions, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no exterior labels, logos, or descriptions indicating the contents of the package. The return address shows only a generic business name and address.

Lyophilized peptide vials are packaged with protective insulation and shock absorption to minimize temperature exposure and handling damage during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed and labeled, you'll receive a confirmation email with:

• Your order number
• A Canada Post tracking number
• A direct link to track your shipment on the Canada Post website

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our research support team to investigate.

Delivery & Receipt

Standard Canada Post delivery does not require a signature. Packages are typically left at your address per Canada Post standard delivery protocols.

If you would prefer a signature required on delivery, please indicate this in your order notes at checkout, or contact us before your order ships. Signature service may add an additional 1–2 business days to delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number shows no movement for 5+ business days, or if your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us. We will work with Canada Post to investigate and resolve the issue.

Important: Once a package is marked as delivered by Canada Post, Kinetic Compounds is no longer responsible for it. We strongly recommend shipping to secure addresses and tracking deliveries closely. Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation are not eligible for refund or replacement. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged or with broken vials inside, you must document the damage with photographs on the same day of delivery and contact us immediately. Retain all original packaging until we resolve the issue. Damage reported after the day of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Damaged shipments are covered under our Returns & Refunds policy on a case-by-case basis.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and exact shipping address at checkout, including PO Box, unit number, and building number where applicable. Kinetic Compounds is not responsible for:

• Packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Re-shipping fees if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address
• Delays caused by address corrections after the order has shipped

Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — we can update the address if your order has not yet shipped.
